Such a memorable trip to Switzerland, great for transporting throughout town and other areas. We had a great breakfast, lunch & dinner at this location all staff and food was great! Took tram eachvday to Zurich HB train station absolutely easy using Swiss pass too! Thank you H+ Hotel Zurich :)

Hotel: Excellent service. Hotel is neat and tidy. Not in the city centre but easy access by public transport. Transport: Tamp available a few meters from the hotel. Advise to get 2448 ticket to use the public transport. Currency exchange: Coop (I think on Bahnhofstrasse) on the third floor has reasonable currency exchange rates. The information centre at the train station is helpful. Buy a ticket for the red train to Uetliberg. It is a short hiking trail with great views.

Hotel property is good but the service especially heating does not work, staff NOT cooperative to help and fix the problem. It has been 2 nights without heating & after repeated requests NO help. Otherwise good property & convenient and accessible to commute.

Poor Staff Experience at H+ Hotel Zurich

This my first time at Europe. And I picked H+ Hotel from Expedia based on price and review. Anyhow, I found that the hotel located not too far from Zurich HB and need to take a Tram (Need to change Line 3 to 2) but it would be challenge for the travler who has big luggage. There is no mini mart near by, again need to use tram to go to the nearest Coop (Close at 10PM). Once I checked in here, the hotel quite large and I saw a lot of Asian guests in house (Me and my wife are one of them) Checked in process was normal nothing to expect. During checked in I saw 2 Indian gentlemen came back to the hotel and asking for fork and spoon from the Bar Staff. I was shocked that I heard poor tone and manner from the Bar staff. I'm not sure but I think the guest confirming to Bar staff that did he understand what they were asking. The Bar staff reponsed that Yes. I am understand English with the bad tone. I was not expect this especially from the "4 Stars" hotel. I stayed here for 1 night and also experienced bad service once I checked out. Checked out process was under average for my opinion, Receptionist did not ask anythong such as how was my stay, anything assist with and not even say thank you. I was asking to leave my luggage to this receptionist. There are 2 big luggage and 2 big bags, the luggage was away from the reception counter 2 feet. and he asking my wife to bring the luggage to him. What on Earth that this hotel train staff to have service mind?? I also wanted to take a photo to the luggage before I leave and he telling me with the high tone that I don't need to take a photo. I insist to do and he act very unprofessional back to me like exhale and why I want to do. Totally, rude and unfriendly experience from the 4-stars hotel. Bad expeirence to me and my wife. This is our honeymoon trip and my first time in Zurich. Very disappointed and will not recommend my friend to stay this hotel. Beside the staff, I would say the room was clean but lacking mini fridge and hand gel in the toilet is leaking and not wotking.
